Phyllo Dough(cut into 3" squares - or wonton wrappers)
Instructions
In food processor mince Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Lemongrass Paste, Lemon Zest and Juice, Scallions and Egg Whites.
Add Shrimp to processor and pulse to roughly chop and blend.
Soak scallions in warm water.
Use Phyllo Dough cut into 3" squares or wonton wrappers and place 1 tbsp Shrimp mixture in center. Brush edges of wrapper with water and pull the wrapper up and around the filling to make a bundle. Tie the bundle with one piece of soaked chive to look like a drawstring pouch.
Bake until golden brown in a 400℉ oven if using phyllo dough or deep fry for 2 minutes if using wonton wrappers.
