Instructions
Endives
Clean, trim and thinly slice Endives and soak in cold water and add Salt and Lemon Juice.
Sauté Onion and Olive Oil. When onions are soft add endives and sauté 3-4 minutes.
Vinaigrette
Mix together Olive Oil Lemon Juice, White Balsamic Vinegar, Salt, Black Pepper, Sugar and Dijon Mustard.
Serve
Place Endives on platter and drizzle with Vinaigrette.
