Salsa

I prefer salsa to have a little body and texture so hand chopping everything is my way to go. But, you certainly can do everything in the food processor and pulse to desired texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Diced Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 Finely Diced Onion
  • 3 Diced Jalapeños (remove seeds for mild, leave some seeds for medium, use all the seeds for hot)
  • ½ cup Fresh Chopped Cilantro
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic
  • Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all ingredients and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
