Mix together Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Garlic, Parsley, Mint, Salt, Black Pepper and Onion Powder and spread all over meat.
Mix together Panko Breadcrumbs and Lemon Zest and coat meat with breadcrumb mixture.
Roast in a 400℉ oven until internal temp is 155℉. For leg of lamb approximately 1¼ Hours. For rack of lamb approximately 25-30 minutes. For tenderloin of lamb approximately 35 minutes.
