Olive Oil

Diced Onion

Minced Garlic

Orzo Pasta

Rice

Vegetable Stock
(you can use chicken stock also)

Salt

Black Pepper

Parsley Flakes
Instructions
Sauté Olive Oil, Onion and Minced Garlic until Onions are just soft (about 3 minutes).
Add Orzo Pasta and let pasta sauté for 3-5 minutes and let it get a little toasty and nutty brown.
Add Rice and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add Vegetable (or chicken) Stock, Salt, Black Pepper and Parsley Flakes.
Cover and simmer until almost all the liquid is absorbed. Fluff with fork and serve.
