Red, White & Blue Potato Salad

A perfect side dish for your 4th of July get-together.
Most supermarkets have these potatoes. They are called "new" potatoes or baby bliss and come in red and white and often available in the summer in blue (a purple-like blue). Ask your produce person if you don’t see them.
