Icing
In saucepan bring Sugar, Water, Corn Syrup and Salt to a slow boil. Continue to boil until soft syrup is formed.
In mixer beat Egg Whites, Cream of Tartar and Pure Vanilla Extract until stiff.
With mixer running slowly pour syrup into stiffened egg whites. Beat until a fluffy consistency is achieved.
Take 2 cups of the icing and add Golden Raisins, Light Brown Sugar, Southern Comfort, Pecans and Additional Pure Vanilla Extract. Blend well and use as filling to cake.
Frost the top and sides with the reserved plain icing. Refrigerate to set for at least 2 hours.
