Holiday Ham

This ham is always the star of a holiday buffet or your Easter Sunday meal.
It doesn't get easier than this, and taste and presentation are off the chart with little effort.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Smoked Ham
  • ½ cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Apricot Preserve
  • ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Bourbon

Instructions
 

  • Score Smoked Ham in a diamond pattern.
  • Mix together Dark Brown Sugar, Apricot Preserve, Dijon Mustard, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Bourbon.
  • Spread mixture over the ham and bake in a 300℉ oven for 1½ hours or until golden brown.
