It doesn't get easier than this, and taste and presentation are off the chart with little effort.

Smoked Ham

Dark Brown Sugar

cup
Apricot Preserve

Dijon Mustard

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Instructions
Score Smoked Ham in a diamond pattern.
Mix together Dark Brown Sugar, Apricot Preserve, Dijon Mustard, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder and Bourbon.
Spread mixture over the ham and bake in a 300℉ oven for 1½ hours or until golden brown.
