Fresh Cilantro
Zest & Juice of Two Limes

Small Onion

Garlic

(21-26 ct for hors d'oeuvres; u16 count if using on a salad or entrée)
Instructions
In processor blend Cilantro, Limes, Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil, Salt and Black Pepper.
Clean, wash and de-vein Shrimp. Toss shrimp with cilantro marinade and let rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Place shrimp on hot grill pan with a little olive oil. Cook 2 minutes on each side.
Place on salad. Serve with tropical rice pilaf. Or place on platter lined with sliced lemons.
