Portobello Mushrooms
(one large mushroom per person)
Marinade

Olive Oil

Balsamic Vinegar

Sea Salt

Black Pepper

Onion Powder

Sauté
3
Large Sliced Onions
¼

Additional Olive Oil

Minced Garlic

Instructions
Clean and dry Portobello Mushrooms.
Marinade
Mix together Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder.
Pour marinade over mushrooms and let stand for at least one hour. Place mushrooms on a hot grill and cook about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Sauté
In sauté pan place Onions, Olive Oil, Minced Garlic, Sea Salt and Agave. Cook over low heat until onions are golden brown and nicely caramelized.
Place grilled mushroom on plate and top with caramelized onions.
