Make batter. Mix together Flour, Eggs, Milk, Corn Oil, Salt, Sugar and Baking Powder and blend.
Add White Corn, Creamed Corn, Beer and Pure Maple Syrup.
Let batter rest for 20 minutes.
Heat a skillet with 2" of Additional Corn Oil. Bring oil to medium high heat. Spoon batter into frying pan and cook 1-2 minutes on each side or until fritter is golden brown.
Serve with applesauce and/or sour cream or just as is.
Notes
For a southwestern twist add diced peppers and jalapeños to the batter.
