Prepare one sheet of Puff Pastry. Brush pastry with Melted Butter. Then brush with beaten Egg Yolks.
Sprinkle with Finely Grated Cheddar Cheese and Grated Parmesan Cheese.
Cut pastry into 1" strips and twist. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and bake in a 400℉ oven for 10-12 minutes or until straws are golden brown and flaky.
