Apples
(use your favorite)

Butter
Zest & Juice of One Lemon

Flour
(you can also use rice flour)

cup
Beer

Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Toast Points
(or black bread squares)
Instructions
Wash, peel, core and grate Apples.
In sauté pan place Butter and grated Apples.
When apples are just softened add Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice. Stir to blend.
Add Flour (you can also use rice flour), stir to blend and cook.
Add Beer and stir to blend.
Add Shredded Cheddar Cheese, reduce heat and stir until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Spoon warm apple/cheese mixture onto toast points or black bread squares or place mixture in a bowl and serve with crackers and breads.
