Clean and split Tilapia Filets in half lengthwise.
Prepare egg wash mixing Egg Whites, Water and Lemon Juice.
Prepare flour mixture mixing Flour, Cornstarch and Chinese 5-Spice.
Dip filet strip in egg wash then into flour mixture. Place in hot skillet with cooking oil. Fry 2-3 minutes on each side or until crispy and golden. Serve with a drizzle of hoisin sauce and wedge of lemon.
