White Chocolate & Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 stick Softened Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Corn Oil
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • ¾ cup White Chocolate Morsels
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Cream Butter, Sugar and Pure Vanilla Extract.
  • When smooth add Eggs and Corn Oil and mix well.
  • In separate bowl sift together Flour, Baking Soda and Salt.
  • Slowly add flour mixture to sugar mixture then add White Chocolate Morsels and Dried Cranberries and blend well. Let chill 20-30 minutes in refrigerator.
  • Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet and bake in a 350℉ oven for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden.
