Veal Meatballs

Ingredients
  

Meatballs

  • 1 Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 lbs Ground Veal
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Parsley Flakes
  • ½ cup Marsala Wine
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream (or Milk)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs (more or less - as needed add a little at a time until proper consistency is achieved)

Instructions
 

Meatballs

  • In food processor mince Onion, Garlic and Mushrooms. Place in mixing bowl.
  • To mixing bowl add Veal, Salt, Black Pepper, Parsley Flakes, Marsala Wine, Eggs, and Heavy Cream. Add Breadcrumbs a little at a time until proper consistency is achieved.
  • Let meat mixture rest in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes then roll into small cocktail size meatballs about 1 oz each. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 375℉ oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Toss with either marsala sauce or sherry demi-glace and serve.
