Meatballs
In food processor mince Onion, Garlic and Mushrooms. Place in mixing bowl.
To mixing bowl add Veal, Salt, Black Pepper, Parsley Flakes, Marsala Wine, Eggs, and Heavy Cream. Add Breadcrumbs a little at a time until proper consistency is achieved.
Let meat mixture rest in refrigerator for 15-30 minutes then roll into small cocktail size meatballs about 1 oz each. Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and bake 375℉ oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Toss with either marsala sauce or sherry demi-glace and serve.
