Vanilla-Cinnamon Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 stick Cinnamon
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 Egg Yolks
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • In saucepan place Heavy Cream, Milk, Cinnamon Stick and Sugar. Bring to a gentle boil and remove from heat.
  • Quickly whisk into warm liquid Egg Yolks (that have been tempered with a little of the warm milk liquid) and Ground Cinnamon.
  • Taste mixture for sweetness and adjust if needed. Place in an ice cream machine according to manufacturer's instructions.
