In mixing bowl place Tomatoes, Feta, Mint, Salt, Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Lemon Zest and Lemon Juice and Sugar. Toss and let marinate for 1 hour. Skewer tomato and cheese.

VariationFor Tomato-Mozzarella Skewers substitute feta cubes with 1 oz mini balls of mozzarella and replace fresh chopped mint with 2 tbsp fresh chopped basil. Garnish with balsamic glaze.
