Tomatillo Salsa
Tomatillos are small green tomato-shaped fruits that are great to make salsas. They come in a leafy paper casing that must be removed.
This versatile sauce is a must have when serving grilled chicken or fish not just for Mexican cuisine.

(use seeds to achieve desired heat)
Instructions
Rinse, dry and cut Tomatillos. Place in the bowl of a food processor or blender.
Add all ingredients to the bowl and run processor or blender until desired chunkiness is achieved. Chill until ready to use.
