Ingredients
  

  • Prepared & Sliced Filet Mignon (slice to size of sliced baguette; also can use boneless rib-eye)
  • Prepared Caramelized Onions
  • Prepared Béarnaise Sauce (horseradish cream is perfect here too)
  • Fresh Baguette (sliced into rounds)

Instructions
 

  • Slice baguette into rounds and top with sauce of choice, meat and garnish of choice or a little more sauce. A perfect topping is caramelized onions and a little goat cheese.
