Stilton & Apple Canapé
This is a delicious and super easy English Appetizer

- Softened Unsalted Butter (for spreading)
- 1 block Stilton Cheese (cut into ½ inch pieces)
- 1 Granny Smith Apple (sliced)
- Canapé Biscuit or Cracker (I love Carr's crackers for this)
On a canapé biscuit or cracker (I love Carr's crackers for this) lightly spread one side of crackers with Softened Unsalted Butter.
Place a piece of Stilton Cheese and a slice of Granny Smith Apple on top. Serve immediately.
