Seared Foie Gras with Wild Berry Coulis and Micro Green Salad

- 2 tbsp Water
- ½ cup Black Berries
- Zest & Juice of One Lemon
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- Foie Gras (prepared separately)
- Micro Greens (about ¼-½ cup per person)
Wild Berry Coulis
In saucepan place Water, Black Berries, Blueberries, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice and Sugar. Bring to a boil then take off heat. Set aside.
