Sautéed Brown Rice

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Diced Onion
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Ginger
  • Cooked Brown Rice (cooked following instructions on bag; alternatively a quart from your favorite Chinese takeout is perfect)
  • ½ tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions
 

  • In skillet sauté Onion and Olive Oil.
  • When onions are soft add Ginger and cook for 1-2 more minutes.
  • Add Cooked Brown Rice, Garlic Powder and Sesame Seeds. Toss and cook until heated through.
