Roasted Potatoes

There is nothing like roasted potatoes - almost as comforting as creamy mashed potatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes (or any potato you prefer)
  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • ½ tbsp Crushed Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
  • ½ tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Wash, dry and cut Potatoes to desired size and place in mixing bowl.
  • Add Olive Oil, Salt, Crushed Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley Flakes and Sugar. Toss to coat.
  • Place seasoned potatoes in baking dish and roast in a 400℉ oven for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown but soft and fluffy inside.
