Roasted Potatoes
There is nothing like roasted potatoes - almost as comforting as creamy mashed potatoes.

- 5 lbs Yukon Gold Potatoes (or any potato you prefer)
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ½ tbsp Salt
- ½ tbsp Crushed Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tbsp Parsley Flakes
- ½ tbsp Sugar
Wash, dry and cut Potatoes to desired size and place in mixing bowl.
Add Olive Oil, Salt, Crushed Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Parsley Flakes and Sugar. Toss to coat.
Place seasoned potatoes in baking dish and roast in a 400℉ oven for 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown but soft and fluffy inside.
