Ingredients
Baby French Carrots

tbsp
Olive Oil
Zest & Juice of One Lemon
½
tsp
Sugar

pinch
Dried Mint
¼
tsp
Salt
Instructions
Peel and wash Carrots leaving a little of the green stem.
Toss carrots with Olive Oil, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Sugar, Dried Mint and Salt.
Place on sheet pan and roast in a 400℉ oven for 30 minutes until tender and carrots have a little brown color in spots.
