Whole Turkey or Boneless Turkey Breasts
2sticksButter
¼cupOlive Oil
2tbspSalt
1tspPepper
1tbspOnion Powder
1tbspGarlic Powder
4tbspSugar
2tbspWhite Rice Vinegar
2tbspPaprika
1can7-up(or ginger ale)
Instructions
Wash Turkey.
Make marinade. Melt Butter. Add Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Sugar, White Rice Vinegar, Paprika and 7 Up.
Pour marinade over turkey and refrigerate overnight.
Place turkey and marinade in roasting pan and place in 400℉ oven for approximately 1½ hours or until internal temperature reaches 160℉. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
