Roast Turkey Breast

Ingredients
  

  • Whole Turkey or Boneless Turkey Breasts
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 can 7-up (or ginger ale)

Instructions
 

  • Wash Turkey.
  • Make marinade. Melt Butter. Add Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Sugar, White Rice Vinegar, Paprika and 7 Up.
  • Pour marinade over turkey and refrigerate overnight.
  • Place turkey and marinade in roasting pan and place in 400℉ oven for approximately 1½ hours or until internal temperature reaches 160℉. Let rest 15 minutes before serving.
