Pumpkin Pie
A Thanksgiving tradition.

- Pie Crust (prepared separately or store-bought)
- 1 can Pumpkin Puree (large can)
- 2 Eggs
- 1 can Evaporated Milk
- ½ cup Brown Sugar
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Allspice
- 1 pinch Salt
- Maple Whipped Cream (prepared separately)
Prepare a Pie Crust or use a store-bought crust and blind bake until set and lightly golden.
Prepare filling. In mixing bowl place Pumpkin Puree, Eggs, Evaporated Milk, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice and Salt and blend well.
Pour into prepared pie crust. Bake in a 350℉ oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and filling is set and slightly firm to touch.
Serve with a bowl of maple whipped cream.
