Lightly Toasted Pignoli Nuts
(you can use walnuts if you prefer)

Olive Oil
(more if needed)
Instructions
In food processor place Basil, Garlic, Grated Cheese, Salt and Pignoli Nuts. Pulse to incorporate.
Slowly add Olive Oil while motor is running. Once desired consistency is reached taste for seasoning.
