Cream together Butter, Sugar and Pure Vanilla Extract.
When smooth add Eggs and blend well.
Add Creamy Peanut Butter.
Slowly add Flour.
Fold in Chopped Peanuts.
Let batter rest and chill for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Scoop batter (1 oz scoops) onto parchment-lined sheet pan and bake 350℉ oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool before serving.

VariationsOne option is when you remove from oven and while still warm place a mini Reese's Pieces in center.You can also dip cooled cookies in melted chocolate and sprinkle with a few chopped peanuts.
