Peanut Butter Brownies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 2 cups Cake Flour
  • ¼ cup Cocoa Powder
  • ½ cup Chopped Peanuts
  • ¼ cup Peanut Butter Chips
  • ¼ cup Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cup Mini-Reese's Pieces (or additional creamy peanut butter)

Instructions
 

  • Cream together Butter, Sugar and Pure Vanilla Extract. When smooth add Eggs and blend well.
  • Add Creamy Peanut Butter and slowly add Flour and Cocoa Powder.
  • Fold in Peanuts, Peanut Butter Chips and Chocolate Chips. Blend to incorporate.
  • Spread batter onto parchment lined pan and bake 350℉ for 10-12 minutes or until lightly set. Working quickly, remove from oven and place mini Reese's Pieces in brownies or dollops of creamy peanut butter. Return to oven and finish baking for 10-12 more minutes or until brownies are slightly firm to touch. Let cool before cutting into squares or bars.
