Panko Pork Chops

This is a delicious dish that you will get raves with very little work.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Pork Chops (with bone or without - your preference; use 1" or thicker but not thicker than 2")
  • 1 tbsp Hellmann's Mayonnaise
  • Lemon Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • Panko Breadcrumbs (to sprinkle pork chops)

Instructions
 

  • Rub each Pork Chop all over with Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Salt and Pepper. Let coated chops rest in refrigerator until ready to finish.
  • Lightly grease a baking sheet with a little olive oil.
  • Sprinkle both sides of coated chops with Panko Breadcrumbs.
  • Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Internal temp should be 160℉.
