Rib-eye Steak - thinly sliced
(about ¼-½ lb per person) (you can also use boneless prime rib)

Zest & Juice of Two Oranges

Cooking Oil
Instructions
Prepare marinade and mix Olive Oil, Orange Zest & Juice, Sriracha, Garlic and Honey. Marinate Beef for 2-3 hours.
Place marinated beef in hot wok with Cooking Oil. Cook beef for 2-3 minutes stirring quickly. Serve over rice.
