Mini Pancakes w/ Fresh Strawberries & Vermont Maple Syrup

This recipe is so easy to remember - it is one of everything.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Fresh Strawberries (to serve)
  • Vermont Maple Syrup (to serve)

Instructions
 

  • In mixing bowl place Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Egg, Sugar, Pure Vanilla Extract, Oil, Melted Butter and Milk and blend. Let batter rest for 10 minutes before using.
  • Make sure flat griddle is good and hot. Spray or butter surface before adding batter. Let pancakes cook until bubbles form and it is golden brown. Turn and cook 2 more minutes.
  • Serve with Fresh Strawberries and Vermont Maple Syrup.
