Mini Cheeseburgers
In a processor pulse Onions and Garlic. Place in a mixing bowl and add Ground Beef, Ground Pork, Ground Veal, Catsup, Dijon Mustard, Egg and Salt & Pepper to taste.
Let mixture rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to a few hours.
Form mixture into small patties. Place on a hot flat griddle or sauté pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reads 155℉. Finish by melting a slice of cheese in last minute on the grill of top side of mini burger.
Prepare condiments of choice.
French Fry Shooters
Make crispy French Fries. In tall shot glasses place a spoonful of catsup and a bundle of salted French Fries and serve together with mini cheeseburgers.
