In a saucepan place Butter. Heat until just melted on medium low heat.
Add Pecans, Sugar, Salt and Onion Powder. Toss to coat. Heat until sugar gets bubbly. Stir and remove from heat.
Spread on a piece of parchment paper to cool.
Assemble
Place Micro Greens (or any soft baby greens you can find) on serving platter. Sprinkle with candied pecans and serve with your favorite vinaigrette or just dress with olive oil and white balsamic vinegar.
