Lobsters w/ Drawn Butter & Lemon

Ingredients
  

  • Lobsters (1 per guest)
  • 2 Lemons (cut in half)
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • ΒΌ cup Old Bay Seasoning
  • 3 Bay Leaves
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 tbsp White Vinegar

Serve

  • 2-3 lbs Butter
  • Lemon Wedges

Instructions
 

  • Bring a large lobster pot of water to boil then add Lemons, Garlic, Old Bay Seasoning, Bay Leaves, Sugar and White Vinegar.
  • Add Lobsters to the boil and cook until shells are red (7-10 minutes for the first pound and 2-3 minutes for each additional pound). Pull lobsters from pot and let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Serve

  • In saucepan place Butter and simmer until melted then pour into small ramekins or butter bowls.
  • Serve with lemon wedges and lobster crackers and forks/picks.
