Cannelloni Beans or Chickpeas(drained and rinsed; as much or as little as you like)

½cupOlive Oil
¼cupWhite Balsamic Vinegar
1cloveGarlic
½tspSugar
½tspSalt
½tspBlack Pepper

Instructions
Italian Garden Salad
Wash and dry Romaine, Bibb and Radicchio and tear into pieces and place in a serving bowl or platter.
Add as much or as little as you like of Pitted Black Olives, Cucumber, Grape Tomatoes, Sliced Radishes, Red Onions, Scallions, Cannelloni Beans, Red Peppers, Green Peppers and Fresh Basil Chiffonade.
Basil Vinaigrette
In processor place Olive Oil, White Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Black Pepper and Fresh Basil and run until smooth vinaigrette is achieved.
