1canPeaches (small can; drain but reserve liquid
½tspOnion Powder
½tspGarlic Powder
¼tspDried Tarragon
1tbspWhite Vinegar
½tbspSugar
Instructions
Clean and trim Chicken Breasts.
Drain can of Peaches reserving Peach Juice.
In mixing bowl place Chicken Filets, Peach Juice, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Dried Tarragon, White Vinegar and Sugar. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes or longer.
Place on hot grill pan lightly brushed with olive oil. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side. Let rest before slicing or serving.
