Custard
- 1 cup Strong Green Tea
- ½ tsp Matcha
- ¼ cup Agave
- ½ cup Rice or Almond Milk
- 3 Egg Yolks
Whipped Cream
- ½ cup Whipping Cream
- 1 tbsp Agave
Custard
Gently heat Green Tea, Matcha, Agave and Rice (or Almond) Milk.
Beat 3 Egg Yolks and slowly add to warm milk mixture constantly. Remove from heat and let cool.
