Green Bean Casserole
This is my version of the popular Thanksgiving side dish.

- 2 lbs Green Beans (cleaned and stemmed)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Small Onion (grated)
- 1 can Fried Onions (large can)
Blanch Green Beans for 3-4 minutes in large pot of salted boiling water. Drain and place beans in an iced water bath to stop cooking and retain green color.
Place blanched beans in a well buttered casserole dish.
In mixing bowl place Cream of Mushroom Soup, Mayonnaise, Sour Cream, Salt Black Pepper and Onion and blend well.
Pour mixture over beans. Cover casserole with Fried Onions.
Bake in a 350℉ oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
