Four-leaf Clover Cookies

Ingredients
  

Dough

  • 1 Softened Butter
  • ½ cup Light Brown Sugar
  • 2½ cups All-purpose Flour

Green Glaze

  • 2-3 cups Confectioners' Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Milk
  • 1-2 drops Green Food Dye

Instructions
 

Dough

  • In processor blend Butter, Light Brown Sugar and All-purpose Flour to form dough.
  • Roll dough on lightly floured surface to about ¼"-½" thickness and cut into 4-leaf clovers. Bake in 350℉ oven for 12 minutes or until golden.

Green Glaze

  • Place Confectioners' Sugar in mixing bowl and add Milk and Green Food Dye. Mix well and adjust consistency with a drop more milk if needed or a bit more sugar if too runny and more or less food coloring to achieve desired shade of green.
  • Lightly paint with Green Glaze.
