Coeur de Crème w/ Heart-shaped Shortbread Cookie
This lovely dessert is not only romantic but delicious.

Chill Time 3 hours hrs
- 8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 packets Non-flavored Gelatin (softened with ¼ cup Warm Water)
- 4 oz White Chocolate
Whipped Cream
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Confectioners' Sugar
- ½ tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
In mixer cream together Cream Cheese, Sugar and Pure Vanilla Extract. Beat until light and smooth. Add 2 packets of non-flavored gelatin (softened with ¼ cup warm water) and blend into cream cheese mixture.
Melt White Chocolate and blend well with cream cheese mixture - set aside.
Whipped Cream
Beat Heavy Cream, Confectioners' Sugar and Pure Vanilla Extract.
In a separate bowl beat Egg Whites and Sugar until stiff.
Combine & Set
Gently fold the whipped cream and stiffened egg whites into the cream cheese mixture. Pour into heart-shaped ramekins (or any serving containers you choose) and chill at least 3 hours to fully set.
Serve with fresh berries and a sprig of mint.
