3-4Chicken Thighs(each thigh will yield about 5-6 nuggets)

Instructions
Clean, trim and cut Chicken into desired shapes and sizes. Breasts tend to yield 10 nuggets and thighs 5-6 nuggets.
Place chicken pieces in a mixing bowl then add Mayonnaise, Salt, Black Pepper and Onion Powder and blend to coat. Refrigerate marinating chicken for at least 30 minutes.
In mixing bowl place Panko Breadcrumbs, Parmesan Cheese, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder. Remove chicken from refrigerator and coat with Panko Breadcrumb mixture.
Place on a lightly greased sheet pan and bake in a 400℉ oven for 8-10 minutes or until chicken is golden and cooked through. Alternatively, you could also fry the chicken in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes per side.
Serve with dipping options: catsup, BBQ Sauce, Sweet and Sour Sauce, Honey Mustard or whatever your children like.
