Boneless Chicken Breasts(cleaned, trimmed and cut into long strips; quantity based on number of guests)

3tbspHellmann's Mayonnaise
1½cupsBreadcrumbs
2tbspGrated Cheese
Slivered Almond Slices(for decoration)
Tomato Sauce(or your child's favorite sauce)
Instructions
Clean, trim and cut Boneless Chicken Breasts into long strips.
Place cut chicken strips into a mixing bowl and add Egg, Salt and Mayonnaise. Blend well and let marinate 30 minutes.
In shallow pan place Breadcrumbs and Grated Cheese. Coat marinated chicken strips in breadcrumbs and shape into slightly crooked witches' fingers.
Fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes per side or bake fingers on a lightly greased sheet pan in 400℉ oven for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
Place a thin slit about ¼-inch from tip and slip a Slivered Almond Slice into the slit to resemble a fingernail. Dip the opposite end into your child's favorite Tomato Sauce to resemble blood from a cut finger.
