Italian Honey Drizzle & Fennel
- Fennel Bulbs (cleaned, dry and cut into quarters)
- Olive Oil (to drizzle)
- Salt (sprinkle)
- Pepper (sprinkle)
- Onion Powder (sprinkle)
- Garlic Powder (sprinkle)
- Italian Honey (this is a delicate honey that is very pale yellow in color)
Italian Honey Drizzle & Fennel
Place Fennel quarters on roasting sheet pan and drizzle with Olive Oil.
Season with a sprinkle of Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder.
Place in 400℉ oven for 25-30 minutes or until fennel wedges are softened and golden brown.
Remove from oven and drizzle with Italian Honey.
Serve next to your favorite entrée or serve alone as a delightful appetizer or dessert course with a piece of Gorgonzola Cheese.
