Ingredients
  

Italian Honey Drizzle & Fennel

  • Fennel Bulbs (cleaned, dry and cut into quarters)
  • Olive Oil (to drizzle)
  • Salt (sprinkle)
  • Pepper (sprinkle)
  • Onion Powder (sprinkle)
  • Garlic Powder (sprinkle)
  • Italian Honey (this is a delicate honey that is very pale yellow in color)

Instructions
 

Italian Honey Drizzle & Fennel

  • Place Fennel quarters on roasting sheet pan and drizzle with Olive Oil.
  • Season with a sprinkle of Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder.
  • Place in 400℉ oven for 25-30 minutes or until fennel wedges are softened and golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with Italian Honey.
  • Serve next to your favorite entrée or serve alone as a delightful appetizer or dessert course with a piece of Gorgonzola Cheese.
