Butter Greens
(or use Bibb or Boston lettuce)

Granny Smith Apple
(washed, peeled, cored and sliced)

Red Delicious Apple
(washed, peeled, cored and sliced)

Walnuts
Dressing

Apple Cider

Apple Cider Vinegar

Instructions
Wash and dry Butter Greens.
Toss cut apples with Lemon Juice, Salt and Sugar.
In medium hot sauté pan place Walnuts. shaking pan toast walnuts for 2 minutes to enhance their flavor.
Dressing
In mixing bowl place Apple Cider, Apple Cider Vinegar, Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper and Sugar. Blend dressing well.
Assemble
Place salad greens, apples and walnuts in a serving bowl or platter and drizzle with dressing.
