Ingredients
  

  • 1 qt Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 tbsp Sugar

Instructions
 

  • In saucepan place Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic, Salt and Sugar. Stir and simmer until vinegar reduces by half or more. Let cool. Discard garlic clove and store in a clean jar.
