Prepare marinade placing Olive Oil, White Rice Vinegar, Garlic, Onion, Fresh Mint, Fresh Rosemary, Salt, Black Pepper and Sugar in a processor and blend. If using Dried Rosemary run processor an extra 2 minutes to ensure this dried herb is crushed.
Marinate meat only (stand up in container so bones are dry and clean) for a minimum of 2 hours.
Place marinated chops on hot grill or under broiler for 2 minutes each side.
