Baby Chinese Spare Ribs
These ribs are so tender and deliciously sticky and are often made boneless.

- 1-2 racks Baby Ribs (or 2 lbs of pork tenderloin cut into 2-3" chunks)
- ½ cup Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
- ¼ cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 2 inch piece Grated Fresh Ginger
- 3 tbsp White Rice Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Dark Brown Sugar
- 1 clove Minced Garlic
- ½ tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Wash and Trim Ribs (or pork tenderloin).
Place meat in a bowl with Soy Sauce, Hoisin Sauce, Sesame Oil, Fresh Ginger, White Rice Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Garlic and Red Pepper Flakes (optional). Let marinade overnight in the refrigerator.
Place marinated meat on a parchment lined baking pan and slow roast in a 300℉ oven for 2 hours or until meat is tender and sticky.
