6-8Tilapia Filets(rinsed and cut down center to make two pieces)
Marinade
1cupHellmann's Mayonnaise
2tbspLemon Juice
2tbspDijon Mustard
1tbspOnion Powder
1tbspGarlic Powder

½tspCrushed Black Pepper
Coating
1cupGround Almonds
1cupFlour
½cupCornmeal
¼cupPanko Breadcrumbs
½tspOnion Powder
Cook
3tbspOlive Oil
¼stickButter
Instructions
Marinade
Mix together and marinate Tilapia in Mayonnaise, Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Salt and Black Pepper for 30 minutes.
Coating
Mix together Ground Almonds, Flour, Cornmeal, Panko Breadcrumbs and Onion Powder.
Dip marinated Tilapia in coating. Let rest a few minutes before cooking.
Cook
Sauté fish for about 2-3 minutes on each side in Olive Oil and Butter (add a little more olive oil and butter if needed during cooking). Alternatively, you could also place prepared filets on slightly oiled baking sheet and bake in 400℉ oven for about 8-10 minutes or until fish is golden brown and white inside.
